WHAT WE DO ?

NEWTON & DAVID primarily is a bespoken florist and over the years, our business has evolved to include organization, event decoration and themed events.

Recognition was bestowed on upon NEWTON & DAVID by the Nigerian Government with the honour of presenting, implementing and executing the theme and décor for the CHOGOM 2003 [ Commonwealth Head of Governments meeting ] in Abuja. CHOGOM is a typical African themed event which we co decorated along with a team of decorators. This event catapulted NEWTON & DAVID into the international field.

At NEWTON & DAVID, we use tropical flowers, plants in addition to our own distinct props and accessories fabricated and designed on-site to create a total event in order to meet our clients’ expectations – usually surpassing it. We also do floral arrangements for individuals – which can be obtained on a walk-in basis.

As a wholesale supplier, we provide an assortment of plants and flowers to our clients - including fellow florists - all over Nigeria. As a member of the TELEFLORIST group, an international association of world-renowned florists comprising over 50 countries worldwide.

We are renowned decorators and we use all manners of media to create the required ambience.
We do event decoration (indoor and outdoor) in either the contemporary or African theme or whatever the client desires.

A typical indoor decoration will have fresh floral centerpieces, table linens, chaircovers, drapes, decorative lights e.t.c. For clients who want a themed package; we do menu cards, napkin rings, napkins, candelabras, balloons and guest listings.

We have taken the décor business to another level. We install moveable water fountains, indoor or outdoor for events. For outdoor events we create a spectacular feel with our dramatic drapes, lights, torches, lanterns, gazeebos and moveable bridges.
